The Singular hotel group is opening a new hotel in Santiago during the first half of 2014.

The Singular hotel group is opening a new hotel in Santiago during the first half of 2014. 

The 60-room Singular Santiago, located opposite Mulato Gil Square in the Lastarria district (the historic center of the city), will incorporate modern and neoclassical styles. 

Guests will be steps away from an eclectic range of restaurants, art galleries and world-class museums.

The Singular Santiago

The hotel is located in Lastarria District, opposite Mulato Gil Square, in the historic center of Santiago. 
This neighborhood has its origins in the mid nineteenth century built around de Church of Vera Cruz.

This area reflects a European architectural heritage and a bohemian atmosphere. It had been declared a conservation area by the Chilean Government.

The Lastarria district is also Santiago´s cultural hub; Gabriela Mistral cultural center and the Museum of Art are just minutes walk from the hotel. An eclective range of restaurants, art galleries and antique shops add to the charm of this district.
