The perfect balance between adventure and relaxation, with activities tailored to each guest.
Depending on the season and weather, guests can bask alongside the infinity pool, play tennis, horseback ride through the vineyard, go on bike or trekking excursions, take a horse-drawn carriage ride, or explore the ecological reserve and mountains.
The most daring will be able to take part in rafting, paragliding, fishing or mountain biking at the foot of the Andes.

Activities included in the rates
Horseback riding or biking through the vineyard is a wonderful plan, especially during the early morning or late afternoon to see the sunset. It’s a perfect way to explore the vineyard and take in the beautiful landscape at the foothills of the Andes Mountains.
The tennis court will be prepared any time you want to play a fun match.
Spend the day refreshing in the swimming pool or relax in the jacuzzi with a full panorama of the Andes in front of you. We will offer our snack menu as well as refreshing cocktails and wine.
Sauna & steam room will be available for a perfect end of the day.

> Gourmet Picnic: Enjoy a very special picnic menu prepared by our chefs in our natural reserve and pair this lunch with a fresh white wine!

> Backpack Picnic: Take your picnic to any adventure activity as rafting or trekking in the Andes Mountains. You will certainly find a special spot to enjoy your lunch.

> Asado in the Vineyards: This is an experience you cannot miss. Try different courses of our traditional meat & vegetable barbecue paired with premium wines in a very special spot next to the water reservoir in the vineyards.

> Asado menu at the “Pirca”: After 40 minutes of horseback riding through the rugged countryside with a guide our chef will surprise you at a breath-taking scenery were a traditional private barbecue will be waiting for you as well as the best wine selection.

> Private Tastings: During the afternoon, enjoy a private wine tasting or olive oil tasting with our sommelier, inside the wine cellar of the hotel.

> Cooking Class: During the mid-morning or mid- afternoon, learn how to cook traditional dishes like asado (Argentine barbecue) or empanadas. Our chefs will teach you the secret to cooking the Argentine way, outside over an open fire. 

> Tapas & Wine menu at our Wine Lounge: This is a six course dinner were the chef will delight you with an author design. Valle de Uco premium wines will pair this exclusive menu.-

> Private Dinner : The pavilion is the ideal spot for a private romantic dinner. Enjoy the Tapas & Wine menu in the middle of the vineyard under the stars, in an intimate space filled with candles.
