During the day, meals are the perfect break to regain energy after all the exciting Nature based activities, a pause to relax and enjoy delightful local flavors surrounded by panoramic views.
At night, it’s time to celebrate, the celebration of the fabulous day we spent outdoors horseback riding, walking or biking. For dinner we’ll delight our taste buds with the finest local dishes: Patagonian beef, lamb and trout, sweet and sour flavors combining berries, mushrooms and local vegetables, paired with the best Patagonian wines and beers, will be served to celebrate the end of the day.
> Morning / Breakfast: To start the day with brand new energy we offer a typical buffet breakfast with hot infusions and freshly squeezed juices of seasonal fruits. We also offer a selection of eggs a la carte and croissants, freshly baked breads and homemade marmalades in addition to cereals, yogurts and an assortment of regional fruits.
> Noon / Lunch: A time to rest amid Nature in preparation for the next activity. Lunches at Huemules are an invitation to learn and enjoy typical Patagonian cooking techniques where fire is the leading character. Cordero a la cruz, (upright charcoal grilled lamb) a typical Argentinian barbecue, served with grilled seasonal vegetables and salads prepared with herbs from our very own garden are just an example of what we offer to renew energies for the next mountain adventure.
> Afternoon / Snaks: Upon arrival from the tours, in the warm atmosphere of the restaurant, hot infusions, delicious pastries, chocolate and fruits will be served to help us relax and share experiences while waiting for the magical sunset.
> Night / Dinner: At dinner we offer a selection of typical Patagonian dishes, regional products, Patagonian beef, lamb, trout and game meats prepared according to traditional and local recipes. All of them accompanied by the finest selection of Patagonian and international wines to celebrate a well lived day with Nature.
